1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, purchasing, or receiving any Clarity Auto Detailing service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Notice, and any service-specific addenda provided at booking. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility and Service Area

Services are available across Canada where supported. Mobile detailing availability may vary by municipality, weather, and local bylaws. You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory to book.

3. Services and Estimates

Service descriptions and time estimates are approximate and may vary based on vehicle condition. Pre-inspection may be required. Excessive pet hair, biohazards, or contamination may incur surcharges or refusal for safety.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing after on-site assessment with your consent.
  • Photos may be taken before/after for quality assurance and, if consented, marketing.

4. Bookings, Deposits, and Payments

Bookings may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking. Prices are in CAD and subject to applicable Canadian taxes.

  • Deposits are applied to your final invoice.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit deposits as described below.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. Within 24 hours, a cancellation fee up to the full deposit may apply. Weather-related rescheduling may be required to protect results and safety.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, legal access to your vehicle and power/water if required for mobile service.
  • Remove personal items. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
  • Disclose pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications, or sensitive materials.
  • Authorize removal of minor surface contaminants where safe; we do not repair structural damage.

7. Liability and Limitations

To the extent permitted by Canadian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service.

We carry appropriate insurance; claims must be reported within 5 business days of service with supporting documentation.

8. Results and Limited Warranty

We provide professional-grade detailing. Results depend on vehicle age, materials, prior damage, and environmental conditions. Where stated in writing, we provide a limited workmanship warranty for 7 days.
